We blend Brazilian and Colombian beans to achieve a balance we believe is ideal for espresso-based milk drinks. The Brazilian beans emphasize traditional coffee bitterness, while the Colombian beans add a fruity note to push for the sweetness. We love to use this blend for:
Espresso Milk beverages such as cappuccinos or lattes Iced coffee with milk and sugar
P.S. Here's a recipe we recommend for hot/cold coffee: 3g of sugar + 38g of espresso (19g of ground beans) + 130g of water + 130g of milk of your choice (we use 2%)
